Oahu Activities

There are a host of activities all over Oahu to enjoy. Some favorites include:

  • Visit the USS Arizona National Park in Pearl Harbor
  • Hit the road to Kailua Beach and rent kayaks or paddleboards.
  • Take a drive to the North Shore to sample famous shrimp trucks, look for turtles and watch the big winter surf competitions.
  • Watch the torch lighting ceremony and hula show at Kuhio Beach Park in Waikiki.
  • Hike to Maakapu Lighthouse. If you go in the winter you’ll spot some breaching whales!
  • Climb the iconic landmark Diamond Head and enjoy truly expansive views.

Oahu Transportation

Honolulu (HNL) is Oahu's main airport. Aston Waikiki Beach Tower is located about 10 miles south-east of the Honolulu Airport. There is service to all of the other Hawaiian islands from Honolulu. Rent a car at Honolulu airport and enjoy exploring the island! Aston Waikiki Beach Tower has free valet parking. Driving Directions
